The Brunfels Hotel is a five-story establishment with 127 rooms. Its common areas stand out with a retro-elegant style, centered around a covered, heated courtyard featuring its own bar. The central bar serves signature cocktails inspired by botany and a menu of local specialties. The restaurant focuses on German cuisine, based on seasonal, regional products.

Fande serves as the general contractor for the project.
